Her behaviour in interviews shows she has no concept of correct social interactions and behaviours which in turn makes me think she is narc/sociopathic (which incidentally most ab*sers are) as she has no empathy and zero understanding of other humans and their suffering/behaviours. This to me could explain why she says things that are completely inappropriate, she talks about herself etc. Don't think I've ever watched anything she's in and I most definitely won't in the future.

I used to love Blake, but immediately after watching her mean girl behavior towards the Norwegian journalist and the other interview where she is condescending and mentions her address, her phone number, or if she should just location chair, I just could not stomach her anymore. It felt like not only was she looking down at that Norwegian journalist, but also like she’s looking down on her fans. There's nothing in her that's deep. A shallow, surface-y, "no deep feelings", no compassion woman. Boring, shallow and narcissistic. Do not pay attention to people like her. They project and promote all that is wrong with American society today.

I'm gonna be honest with y'all, the plantation stuff is the least problematic of the things y'all are trying to drag her for. I mean, I absolutely agree how she's handling this film is horrendous and she's really not doing herself or Ryan any favors like.... ma'am is giving off huge high school bully energy. But the plantation stuff is just....null. it's literally nothing. Just because she liked the aesthetic of the old South does not make her a racist. You can like aspects of history without romanticizing it. And I don't think she was. You can like the aesthetics of a time frame or region and also acknowledge that that has bad aspects to it. Honestly of all the past stuff people are using against her that one annoys me the most because it's like "she...got married on a plantation?? A historical site that is used for these events? Ok...." If you really had an issue you'd ask the historical societies to stop allowing events to be held there. That being said, they have a horrible history so let's take those buildings and turn them into good things now. They are defunct, they are no longer plantations. So let's do something good with them.

It’s called “Boone Hall Plantation & Gardens” So.. They were aware, it’s a plantation. They took a tour of the plantation before they booked the event. It has a whole slavery section.

okay her advertising of the movie is absolutely problematic without question. Personally I don't see a problem with the temporrary nature of the instagram story, but with how she doesn't acknowledge the dv in the film and thus implicitly normalises it. However, I also smell a dash of misogyny in this discourse. She couldn've directed the question at a webside or something, but the question was also phrased kind of poorly as obviously no fan or critic is entitled to talk to HER as a person. I also get that its uncomfortable to be commented on not your pregnancy, but her body directly. Definitely the way she doesn't look at the interviewer and question the question about outfits after talking about outfits all the time is bad but I've seen some comments saying "finish her" and this whole rage to me seems like people have just been looking for a chance to be this aggressive towards her. Again, clearly her entire PR stand on the movie is highly problematic. But I feel the way we deal with it kind of seems like using it as an excuse to let older hate come out.
